The Worktops are made for you and can not be returned for a refund unless damage has occurred during transit. The time of delivery is approximately 7-10 working days from time of order as the tops are made on request and delivery to your Postcode area will be subject to where abouts the delivery address is within Mainland Great Britain. We strongly advise you to not book a fitter before you have had your order delivery date confirmed as manufacturing delays can occur which are out of our control.

Your customer service team definitely know what they're talking about! I showed them images of my kitchen currently and then they helped me find the right worktops for me, and they were so right! The dark worktops mix in so well with my darker wooden cabinets and cupboards. It's really breathed new life into my kitchen and it looks so much more modern.

Everything about my order was made so much easier with the help from your customer service team. They helped me to move away from the one I thought I wanted, they told me that I could go with whatever I personally wanted but in the end it wouldn't look as good as this one and by god they were right. I can't even understand why I would have wanted the one I had originally chosen anymore and this one looks perfect in my kitchen. 10/10
