Do you have showrooms? - Yes we have a showroom in Thornbury near Bristol with viewings by appopintment. We operate mainly online only to keep our overheads as low as possible and pass the savings on to you.
Can you design my kitchen for me? - if you can send us a sketch of what you would like with dimensions of the area and we will aim to return a quote (Mon-Thurs 9-5pm Fri-9am-4.30pm). We've also put together an easy-to-follow guide with video tutorials which take you through every step of the process. You can download the guide FREE from the Planning Tips page on this site. You'll also be automatically subscribed to a 7-part e-course which explains how to organise the whole installation from beginning to end, in a clear, no-nonsense way.
Do your kitchens have solid wood doors and soft-closers? - The kitchens we feature on this site tend to appeal to first-time buyers, buy-to-let'ers and kitchen contractors who are looking for an attractive kitchen at a bargain price. All drawer packs in the "Cheap Kitchens" range have soft close drawers as standard with the option of buying additional soft close for doors. Our Value kitchens are standard close but for only £5 per drawer you can upgrade to soft close and again, soft closeers are available to purchase. What are the base and wall replacement end panels for? - The cabinets in the Cheap Kitchens and Value range of kitchens are all white in colour so if you're going to see the sides of any of your wall or base units it's possible to replace the side of the cabinet with one that matches the door colour. Replacement end panels are supplied in pairs (left and right) and also an option of Plant on Panels are available.The Value Range have Replacement Panels available. Premium kitchens have the option of choosing from 4 carcase colours. White, Vanilla,Oak, Stone Grey and replacement wall and base panels are available when the carcase does not match the door exactly (for example in the Pale Oak Shaker range)
Why are there no replacement wall or base unit end panels listed for the Lucerne kitchen? - This kitchen features white cabinets anyway so colour-matched replacement end panels aren't necessary.

Which forms of payment do you accept? - Credit or debit cards, BACS transfer or cheque.
Can I pay cash on delivery? - As we occasionally use third party delivery services we are unable to offer this option.
Are your kitchens supplied assembled or flat-packed? - All units are supplied flat packed. This helps reduce damage in transit, takes up less storage space in your home and reduces manufacturing cost. Clear, simple instructions are included - once you've built one, you'll manage the rest no problem!
What's included with each unit? - Everything basically: the cabinet, shelves, door, drawer (if applicable), handle and hinges. Not plinth or worktops.
Can I collect my order? - The majority of out orders are delivered and at least that way we do all the heavy lifting, instead of you. Collections are available from our Thornbury and Melksham Offices/Showrooms
How much does delivery cost? - The shopping cart will automatically calculate the delivery charge based on the items in your shopping cart until you reach the free delivery threshold for Kitchen Furniture at £299.00. A delivery cost will be allocated for items which are not kitchen furniture according to the product order ed and it's weight.Please call our office for any questions onthe delivery cost if you are not sure?
Which areas do you deliver to? We deliver throughout mainland UK. Although we are unable to deliver to N. Ireland or the Scottish or Channel Islands we're more than happy to deliver to any UK port for customers to arrange their own onward transport.
How long do deliveries take from time of order? Most kitchens are dispatched within 3-5 working days (often quicker), although please allow up to 14 days. Once you've placed your order you will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange a convenient delivery date. We recommend waiting until your order has been delivered before scheduling an installation date with your installers or book any fitters to be on site on the expected day of delivery as delays could occur due to transport?.
Can you give me a time slot for my delivery? We are unable to offer timed deliveries, however if you would like to phone us after 9am on the day of delivery we should be able to give you an estimated time of arrival to within 2-3 hours.
