To top of this stool, there is a wide base of support with a rubber ring protector around the bottom to protect and enhance the life of the floor surface.

Ordered 2 of these. They arrived very quickly (no charge for post), well packed and useful boxes for after use!. My wife assembled them both within half an hour. Happy with the 360 degree turn, adjustable height and comfortable seat. Our puppy likes to look at her reflection in the stands which leads to lots of snuffle marks and hairs! But easy to wipe over. Looks and feels like real leather. Very satisfied, thank you.
