To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information. You will then be contacted by our dispatch team within 24 hours of placing your order to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date. This will be within the business hours of 7.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, so please be sure to leave a contact number so we can contact you. You must be in to sign for your delivery although it can be done by anyone you trust at your address or even a neighbour if you let us know in advance. We try to be as accommodating as possible as redelivery charges do apply if you are not in on the agreed date.
