How to Order

To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information. You will then be contacted by our dispatch team within 24 hours of placing your order to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date. This will be within the business hours of 7.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, so please be sure to leave a contact number so we can contact you. You must be in to sign for your delivery although it can be done by anyone you trust at your address or even a neighbour if you let us know in advance. We try to be as accommodating as possible as redelivery charges do apply if you are not in on the agreed date.

If you have questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, We endeavour to answer all emails within office hours although please allow up to 12 hours for a response.
